Tharisa Minerals is offering a three-year Artisan Development Programme in Engineering. This structured learnership aims to develop qualified artisans through hands-on training in key engineering disciplines.

Available Learnership Disciplines:
- Fitter (Reference: LNS006-F)
- Electrician (Reference: LNS006-E)
- Auto-Electrician (Reference: LNS006-AE)
Minimum Requirements:
- N2 Certificate with four subjects relevant to the trade or
- Technical Grade 12 with Mathematics, Physical Science, and relevant trade theory
- Must be medically fit
- Must be a South African citizen
Additional Notes:
- Preference will be given to applicants from local communities/labour-sending areas
- No accommodation will be provided
