Chommies, in partnership with MANCOSA PTY LTD, is offering an exciting Digital Marketing & E-commerce Internship for students currently studying digital marketing, e-commerce, or a related field. The intern will support the Head of E-commerce with day-to-day operations, digital campaigns, and customer data management at the Cape Town HQ.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update the Chommies online store
- Assist with e-commerce tasks and admin duties
- Execute and schedule digital marketing campaigns (email, paid ads)
- Organise and clean CRM/email marketing data
- Ensure accurate and appealing product listings
- Track performance metrics and help boost sales
- Contribute to conversion rate improvement strategies
- Actively engage and learn on the job
Minimum Requirements:
- Currently studying digital marketing, advertising, e-commerce, or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for digital tools
- Good with spreadsheets, CRM/email tools, and online platforms
- Strong communication and willingness to learn
- Must be available to work in-person at 110 Hatfield Street, Cape Town
