Qualification: Diploma/Degree or equivalent in Human Resources

Experience: Min 1 year of recruitment and selection experience in the FMGC Sector

Position Summary

To support in the recruitment process, by executing and supporting in the the end-to-end talent acquisition strategy for the aligned function/business.

A day in the life of a HR Intern

  • Support in end-to-end Talent Acquisition administrative activities:
    • Ensure relevant Psychometric tests and background checks are done for new hires.
    • Administrative checks/On boarding for new hires & pre-boarding documentation process support.
    • Engagement with successful candidates and Processing of assessments (MIE-Educational/Criminal Checks/ Reference checks) and Psychometrics Assessment.
    • Pre-boarding communication (necessary documentation – Employment form, relevant medical/pension docs, union registration.

What will make you successful?

  • Diploma/Degree or equivalent in Human Resources.
  • 1 years’ experience in Human Resources, ideally Talent Acquisition.
  • Understanding of recruitment and selection process.
  • Exposure to managing multiple stakeholders effectively.
  • A good and strong communicator (Fluent in English)
  • Understanding of FMCG sector
  • Good numeracy skills, analytical skills and team player
  • Self-starter and Service Oriented
  • Be prepared to work Flexible working hours.
  • Highly tenacious, Self-disciplined, Results-focused
